Navigating Uncertainly at Work

What's Next?
Over the coming months, we will be analyzing findings, sharing insights, conducting follow-up conversations, and developing practical resources to help leaders and organizations navigate uncertainty more effectively.
This work is just beginning. Thank you for being part of the conversation.

Phase One of the Uncertainty Initiative Is Complete
Thank you to everyone who participated in the first phase of the Uncertainty Initiative research study!
The survey portion of our research has now concluded, and we are deeply grateful for the time, perspectives, and experiences shared by participants across industries, professions, and communities. What we've learned already confirms something many people have been telling us.
Uncertainty is no longer an occasional disruption. It has become a defining feature of modern work and life.
As we move into the next phase of analysis, writing, interviews, and future research activities, we know the conversation shouldn't stop simply because the survey has closed.
The Conversation Continues
Experiences with uncertainty continue to evolve every day. New technologies emerge. Organizations change. Leaders face difficult decisions. Employees navigate shifting expectations. Families, communities, and individuals adapt to circumstances that often feel unclear or unpredictable. We are continuing to collect stories, observations, examples, and reflections from people wo are experiencing uncertainty in real time. You do not need to have completed the original survey to participate.
