A National Study on Leadership, Change, and Organizational Health

Uncertainty isn’t going away.

But how organizations respond to it makes all the difference.

We’re conducting a national research study to better understand:

  • How professionals experience uncertainty in today’s workplace
  • How leaders and organizations respond
  • What drives overwhelm, hesitation, or resilience
  • What actually helps teams adapt and perform

If you are 18 or older and work in the United States, we invite you to participate.

Why This Study Matters

Organizations are navigating AI integration, economic pressure, talent shortages, shifting expectations, and rapid change.

Yet many leaders were never trained to lead through uncertainty.

Your perspective will help identify patterns, strengths, and gaps that influence:

  • Decision-making
  • Psychological safety
  • Trust in leadership
  • Adaptability and well-being

The findings will inform practical leadership tools, corporate training programs, and future research on building healthier, more adaptive organizations.

What to Expect

  • Approximately 15 minutes to complete
  • Anonymous participation
  • Voluntary — you may stop at any time
  • Open to U.S.-based adults (18+)

Full consent and study details are provided before the survey begins.
